Leading with Values
Becky Frederick, Workplace Strategy

Leading with values begins with an organization’s most valuable asset: its people. In this highly interactive experience, participants will start by identifying and clarifying their core values – the values which most often guide their day-to-day decisions, behaviors, and actions. Using customized Value Reflection Cards and Worksheets, Becky guides participants through a series of activities – first giving them the opportunity to choose values that reflect their principles and priorities. Ensuing conversations provide further opportunity for participants to reflect on how these values inform the way they make decisions, treat others, and take action. There will be an opportunity to specifically discuss how values are a key driver in employee engagement and how organizations can “move values forward” by engaging in values work, aligning strategy with values, and embedding values in practices.
