Replacing them can be extremely disruptive to the business and result in excessive costs required to recruit, hire, onboard and train new employees. During this presentation, we will share current leading retention strategies and trends, and spotlight a number of case studies of companies that have consistently demonstrated their ability to retain their top talent.
