Virtual Exhibit Booth Package Includes:

  • One virtual booth space with:
    • Your company logo, company description, and images of products or services
    • Contact information / website
    • Pre-loaded content and slide deck presentations which will also be available for offline viewing by attendees
    • Plus you will be able to live chat with attendees, obtain a lead generation report of virtual booth visitors, and more.
  • During the virtual event, we will have specific times where we will ask your team to be available to meet with the virtual attendees on September 2-3. More details to come on exact timing.
  • After September 3, your company information will be displayed in the “on-demand” version of this event which will be kept live for 60 days, so attendees can still reach out to you via email after researching your virtual booth.
  • When we get your response and commitment to exhibit at ChemEdge, we will send you a kit that will provide details on how you can upload information to the digital platform and manage your online booth.

Meeting App Offers New Benefits

NACD will be utilizing a new meeting app on-site to communicate the agenda, sponsors, exhibit booth information to attendees. This app will have a directory of exhibitors that will display your company description, contact information, and will offer you the following new features:

  • Exhibitor Profiles and Product Categories
  • Appointments Tool
  • Interactive Exhibit Floor Map
  • Attendee Messaging (including appointments, see above)

Our goal is to post access to this app PRIOR to attendees arriving onsite so they can research exhibitors and sponsors and vice versa as well as the program. Through the app they can request meetings with you or you with them in advance.
