Cura Emergency Services participated in the first virtual event for ChemEdge and we were very happy with the results received. Building the virtual booth was pretty easy as [NACD] had provided us with clear instructions. We had more than 40 people visit us virtually over the two sessions compared to the past ChemEdge meetings where we might have had 10-12. We generated about 25 good leads from this meeting. It was easy to download the metrics report as long as you are the administrator to your booth. We had a great experience and will be willing to do another virtual event with the NACD.

Virtual Business Meeting Booth Package Includes:

  • One virtual booth space with:
    • Your company logo, company description, and images of products or services
    • Contact information / website
    • Pre-loaded content and slide deck presentations which will also be available for offline viewing by attendees
    • Plus you will be able to obtain metrics and a lead generation report of virtual booth visitors, receive emails directly from interested booth guests, and more.
      • Since there is no dedicated time for the Business Marketplace, you can choose to be at your booth during the entire meeting and be able to chat with visiting participants or you can opt to turn off the chat button and when someone visits your booth they will see an “Ask a Question” button which will generate an email directly to the designated individual so a communication attempt is never missed.

  • After November 12, your company information will be displayed in the “on-demand” version of this event which will be kept live for 60 days, so attendees can still reach out to you via email after researching your virtual booth.
  • When we get your response and commitment to exhibit at the Business Marketplace, we will send you a kit that will provide details on how you can upload information to the digital platform and manage your online booth by October 27, or you may request assistance from NACD if submitted by October 13.

Hours virtual booths will be available for participants to visit:

  • Tuesday, November 10 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

    • Opening session begins at 1:30 pm but we are opening the virtual booth early for participants to look around for the three days.

  • Wednesday, November 11 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

    • Note: Once participants are logged in, they can come in before the meetings begin for the day and after the meeting ends to look around the exhibit hall. 

  • Thursday, November 12 from 9:00 am to 3:15 pm
