NACD’s Emerging Leaders program is designed to cultivate the next generation of company and industry leaders. It assists you as you prepare current young leaders in your organization to step up and take the business to the next level. This program enables emerging leaders to identify and tackle key aspects of leading a team and a company.
This two-year program includes workshops and training events scheduled in conjunction with NACD events. Sessions feature speakers with industry and business experience advising on aspects of leadership and what it takes to run a business.

NACD’s Emerging Leaders program is different than any other adult education program. Our curriculum combines sessions on improving industry knowledge with ample opportunities to make lasting connections. Even if you’re new to the industry, our dynamic agenda will give you the opportunity to grow your career in the chemical distribution industry.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual eager to move into a leadership role at their company. Our programming is appropriate for anyone who wants to or currently leads and influences others in their work.
