Kurt Hettinga is President of Superior Oil Company, Inc., headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. Established in 1932 as a privately held home fuel oil distributor, Superior has grown into a full-service chemical distributor, manufacturer, and services provider with a reputation for offering value-added solutions. As a 100% ESOP, Superior’s 290 employee-owners are dedicated to serving 3,700 customers from 10 locations. Kurt joined the industry and Superior as an Indianapolis sales rep in 1996 before relocating to Cincinnati as General Manager in 2001. He moved back to Indianapolis in 2005 as Regional Sales Manager, becoming Vice President of Sales shortly after, and was elected to the board of directors in 2008. He was appointed President in January 2014. Kurt is a 1987 graduate of Ball State University.
Edward Boss is President of Riteks, Inc., an independent distributor and custom blender of fully formulated chemical products and solutions in the markets of coatings, lubricants, construction, and oil and gas. Riteks, Inc. also offers custom blending and packaging services. Riteks, Inc. has 30 employees and promotes their products throughout the United States with headquarters in Houston, Texas, and a manufacturing and warehouse facility in McKinney, Texas. Before founding Bossco Industries, Inc. in 1989 (which was sold to IMCD US in 2017) and founding Riteks, Inc in 1992, his chemical sales and marketing career included positions with Union Carbide and Air Products and Chemicals. Edward has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA degree from the University of Texas.
Megan Gluth-Bohan is President and General Counsel for TRInternational, Inc., located in Seattle, Washington. Established in 1994, TRInternational, Inc. is a family-owned trader/broker chemical distributor employing 26 people. TRInternational, Inc. provides creative sourcing solutions, quality products alternatives, and personal customer service as a world-class, full-line global chemical distribution throughout many industries. The company presents unique sourcing options or custom solutions tailored to meet its customers’ needs and offers extensive product knowledge and industry experience. Megan is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day affairs of TRInternational, Inc.’s business, as well as providing the leadership necessary to craft the company’s future. Prior to entering the chemical distribution industry, she practiced law in the areas of business/corporate representation and civil litigation.
Thomas M. Corcoran is Vice President of the Food & Nutrition for Brenntag Group. Tom’s responsibility includes the acceleration and execution of organic growth opportunities for Brenntag AG worldwide in the Food & Nutrition market space, including development of new channels to market strategies. Tom provides board-level expertise in the areas of commercial excellence and efficiency while working closely with Brenntag’s global regions. Brenntag serves over 160,000 customers in nearly 70 countries with more than 400 locations. Tom previously served as Vice President of Business Development for Brenntag Group, Senior Vice President of Brenntag North America, Inc. with key responsibilities in the following areas: Sales and Sourcing Team, Product Management, Industry Management, e-Business, DEF, and Customer Service Excellence. Prior to joining Brenntag, Tom had a 19-year career with FMC. Tom graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Accounting.

Lynne Bukovic is Vice President of Materials Management and Marketing for Harcros Chemicals Inc., located in Kansas City, Kansas. Harcros Chemicals Inc. is a major full-line distributor and manufacturer of specialty and industrial chemicals. Its 29 facilities and extensive truck fleet support excellent distribution coverage throughout the United States. Established in 1917, Harcros Chemicals Inc. has been in continuous operation for nearly 100 years. In 2001, a management buyout resulted in the privatization of Harcros Chemicals Inc. The company remains privately held and is employee-owned effective January 2014 through the creation of an ESOP. Harcros Chemicals Inc. employs 560 individuals.Lynne joined Harcros Chemicals Inc. in 2008 to execute the strategy developed during her consulting engagement with Harcros Chemicals Inc. the preceding year. Lynne is a veteran of the chemical industry with experience working in both chemical distribution as well as chemical manufacturing. Her diverse background includes plant operations, sales, business and asset management, marketing, and materials management.

Brad Hilleary is CEO of Webb Chemical Service Corporation, located in Muskegon Heights, Illinois. Webb Chemical Service Corporation, established in 1964, is a family-owned, full-line commodity chemical distributor servicing Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. They distribute primarily liquid, heavy, in bulk, but also packaging over 400 products. With 88 employees, the company has its own fleet of drivers, box trucks, and over 30 tankers. A 10-person field sales team provides customer service.Brad has been in the business for 23 years, working in sales, purchasing, and management. Brad and his wife Janice have been married for 25 years and have seven children. Additionally, they have fostered over 60 additional children. He volunteers extensively and is passionate about helping the poor and working poor of this country.
Jason R. Jacobus is Vice President of Sales for Buckley Oil Company, a family-owned, bulk liquid distributor. Established in 1922, Buckley Oil Company is a chemical and lubricant distributor that focuses on custom blending, private packaging and labeling, along with other traditional distribution services. Buckley services a wide range of industries including oil and gas, paints and coatings, automotive, and manufacturing. Located in Dallas, Texas, Buckley Oil Company employs 50 people. Jason started at Buckley in 2010 after working in consulting where he focused his time on sales, sales management, and selection/development/retention. Jason has an undergraduate degree in psychology from Texas Christian University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. Jason lives in Dallas with his wife and children.
