Senator Pat Roberts Tours Barton Solvents, Inc.'s El Dorado, KS Facility
Barton Solvents, Inc.'s El Dorado, Kansas facility was honored by a visit from Senator Pat Roberts. Barton Solvents, Inc. is a member of the National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD).
Barton Solvents' employees and leadership team welcomed the senator with a brief tour of the facility. Senator Roberts met and spoke with Barton Solvents' employees and discussed the chemical distribution industry’s important role in Kansas and the United States. He acknowledged Barton Solvents' commitment to safety through Responsible Distribution, NACD’s mandatory environmental, health, safety and security program that has resulted in NACD members being 80% safer than non-NACD members in the entire industry.
Barton Solvents is family owned company that was started in 1938 and continues to be a stocking distributor, offering inventoried products from a variety of suppliers. They service customers in 13 states from six locations in the Upper Midwest.
