The harsh regulatory climate the chemical distribution industry endured over the past eight years under President Obama was unprecedented. President Trump has pledged to roll-back burdensome regulations and make it easier for businesses to operate. This session will provide an update on the new President’s actions three months into his term and discuss the impact on the rulemaking and enforcement actions of the federal agencies including EPA, OSHA, DHS, and DOT and what this means for your company.
