Up to No Good: NLRB Offers Same Old Antics on Proposed Union Election Rule
Earlier this week, NACD signed onto comments submitted by the Coalition for a Democratic Workplace (CDW) criticizing the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) for its proposed rule on the filing and processing of petitions for union representation elections. The proposal is quite similar to one issued by the NLRB back in June 2011 that would have changed long-standing union representation election rules.
