Supplier-Nominated Responsible Distribution Verifications (2010-2012) 

The 4th cycle Responsible Distribution Verification process, which uses an integrated protocol, begins on July 1, 2010 and will end on December 31, 2012.

Benefits of Participating as an NACD Chemical Supplier Affiliate

• Process could satisfy Responsible Care®, ChemStewards®,  and other industry obligations.
• Potential access to all NACD distributor Responsible Distribution Verification final reports.
• Provides an independent, third-party observation of:
  • how your chemical distributors are addressing EHS&S issues important to chemical suppliers.
  • how your chemical distributors are complying with NACD's Responsible Distribution program.  

If you are a distributor and your supplier(s) is not an NACD Chemical Supplier Affiliate, please encourage them to participate. It will reduce the redundant supplier audits you may already experience.
