Join NACD

Membership in the National Association of Chemical Distributors is open to distributors of chemicals who, as a significant part of their business, take title to goods and resell said goods. Distributor applicants should share the functional interests of NACD members and must accept and commit to compliance with the NACD Responsible Distribution ProcessSM, its Guiding Principles, and its periodic requirements as a condition of continued membership in NACD.

Candidates for Membership

New applicants are considered a "Candidate" member until verified in full compliance with the Responsible Distribution ProcessSM. The Candidate must submit proof of third-party verification with two years following the date that the Candidate's application is approved for membership to NACD. Professional Membership

Individuals from Regular Member companies can become more involved with NACD and realize special benefits by becoming Professional Members. A Professional Member is characterized as an employee of a Regular Member company possessing special skills whose expertise may benefit the total membership. Benefits include special listings in the Membership Directory and on the NACD Web site, receipt of NACD publications including News Briefs and the Chemical Distributor, as well as special invitations to the Annual Meeting and the Operations Seminar and Trade Show (OPSEM). Professional Members also receive discounts to all NACD Professional Development Courses.
