Once on the Write to Congress site, simply click on the issue under "Take Action" at the top of the page, fill in your contact information, and use or edit the letter that has been pre-entered. If you would prefer to fax your letter, you can also find your officials' contact information in by using the "Find Your Elected Officials" feature.
