NACD Regions

NACD is divided into four Regions, each with its own organization, officers, and Board of Directors. The Regional organizations are an integral part of the membership structure, and play a key role in recruiting and retaining distributor members.

Each Regular and Candidate distributor member is automatically a member in each Region in which it is located. A Regular member having multiple business units (separate branches or subsidaries) in a given Region designates the Regional memberships. The Regular and Candidate distributor member operating in a federated fashion must join all Regions in which it has units. Each Regional member must also meet the stated membership criteria.
